Commercial, HOA & School Courts

We arrange site grading, concrete slab preparation, acrylic surface coating, and multipurpose court markings for HOA communities, school campuses, and commercial properties. Every project includes a base condition inspection before any resurfacing or rebuild decision is made.

Court Design & Site Preparation

We arrange site measurement, utility marking, clearing, and graded excavation to a compacted stone aggregate sub-base. Drainage slope is set to a minimum 1 percent grade so the finished court sheds water cleanly after South Florida’s heavy seasonal rainfall.

Court Lighting & Fencing

We arrange full-coverage LED light pole placement and galvanized steel or aluminum perimeter fencing sized to your court. Fixture layout is planned to eliminate dark edges, and fence height is selected, typically 10 to 12 feet for tennis, 8 feet for basketball, based on the sport and site.

Court Resurfacing, Repairs & Maintenance

We arrange a surface condition assessment before any repair work is scoped. Crack filling compound, acrylic coating, surface leveling, and line striping are matched to what the inspection finds, not applied as a standard package regardless of the underlying condition.

Multi-Sport Court Installation

We arrange site grading, base preparation, and surface installation for courts that carry multiple sport layouts on a single slab. Interlocking tiles or acrylic-coated concrete both support color-coded shared markings, and drainage slope is set during base prep to handle South Florida rainfall.

Pickleball Court Installation

We arrange site grading, concrete or asphalt base preparation, acrylic surface coating, and regulation line striping including the non-volley zone and service boxes. Net posts are set in concrete footings and the full 30 ft x 60 ft minimum footprint is confirmed on-site before any base work begins.

Tennis Court Installation

We arrange site grading, slab or asphalt base preparation, drainage system integration, and acrylic surface coating for a complete tennis court build. Net posts, perimeter fencing, and regulation line striping are all included in the itemised written estimate before any work begins.

Tennis-to-Pickleball Conversions

We arrange a surface condition assessment, layout planning, and permanent line striping to convert an existing tennis court to one or more regulation pickleball courts. Net post installation or portable net positioning is confirmed in the written scope based on whether a temporary or permanent setup is needed.
